The Wyoming Department of Insurance (“Department”) has recently released a memorandum regarding contact information for each insurer licensed in Wyoming. The key highlights are as follows:
- Insurance companies are required to update their contact information within thirty (30) days of any change.
- Update your company’s contact information using the Wyoming Company Address Change Portal by going to the Companies page on the Department’s website (https://doi.wyo.gor by clicking the following link: https://doi.wyo.gov/companies/company-address-change.
- You may also submit contact information updates to the Department by submitting the applicable UCAA form.
- Failure to update information may result in missed communications from the Department and avoidable negative consequences for the company.
