Wyoming Insurance Carrier Memorandum

The Wyoming Department of Insurance (“Department”) has recently released a memorandum regarding contact information for each insurer licensed in Wyoming. The key highlights are as follows:

  • Insurance companies are required to update their contact information within thirty (30) days of any change.
  • Update your company’s contact information using the Wyoming Company Address Change Portal by going to the Companies page on the Department’s website (https://doi.wyo.gor by clicking the following link: https://doi.wyo.gov/companies/company-address-change.
  • You may also submit contact information updates to the Department by submitting the applicable UCAA form.
  • Failure to update information may result in missed communications from the Department and avoidable negative consequences for the company.

Please note that this memo became effective upon issuance on January 12, 2026.
